Constitution

ARTICLE I - Name

The name of this organization shall be "Rollin' Oldies Car Club of Lebanon" and shall be
referred to as such herein.

ARTICLE II - Duration

The duration of the Rollin' Oldies Car Club of Lebanon shall be perpetual.

ARTICLE III - Location

The location and post office address of the principal office of the Rollin' Oldies
Car Club of Lebanon shall be P.O. Box 194 Lebanon, OR 97355

The Rollin' Oldies Car Club of Lebanon shall have no capital stock.

ARTICLE VIII - Officers and Directors

  1. The person elected as President shall have previously been a member of the
    Rollin' Oldies Car Club of Lebanon at least one year prior to nomination for
    President.
  2. Previous President may be invited to serve the current officers in an advisory,
    but non-voting capacity.
  3. The term of office of such officers shall commence upon their installation to
    office and shall continue until their respective successor shall have been elected,
    qualified, and installed. All officers are elected to a term of two (2) years, rotating
    as follows: President, Secretary, Sergeant-At-Arms, and Historian elected one year,
    and all others elected the next year.
  4. Installation of officers shall be at the December Or January Meeting.

This Constitution may be amended or repealed at any annual meeting or other duly
called meeting of the Rollin' Oldies Car Club of Lebanon by a two-thirds (2/3)
majority vote of the duly accredited members entitled to vote, present and voting.
