1966 FORD F-100 OWNED BY NEAL & KITTY HUBBARD We purchased the 66 F-100 in July 2005 after a complete rebuild. The truck has a balanced and blue printed 429 Ford big block engine with Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, heads, and water pump. It also has a 750 Edelbrock carb. It has MSD ignition, Crane cam, full roller/ rocker lifters, ceramic coated Hedman headers. It is equipped with 4 wheel disc brakes, an Optma battery, 78 Ford power steering. The front end is a stock twin I-beam, dropped 3 inched. The rear end is an 8.8 Ford with 3.73 posi. The rear springs were replaced with a 4 link coil over system. The transmission is a Ford C-6 automatic. The wheels are 16 inch white powder coated. Here are some of the improvements we have made after the point of purchase. 1. SS radiator shroud 2. SS radiator hose 3. Chrome alternator 4. Electric fuel pump 5. New exhaust system w/drop-out wyes 6. Shaved hood 7. Striping 8. Smoke colored rear window 9. New Milodon oil pan 10. Aluminum radiator cover 11. Battery moved to the back
