Harry Carters Memorial
It's been 20 years since I helped start the Rollin' Oldies Car Club, and what a great experience it has been! I never thought
about how long it would last when we started the club in 1990, and I'm amazed at how it has flourished. Thank you to all the members, both past and present, for making the dream of a fun, family oriented car club come true.

I was as shocked as anyone to find out that my friend Harry had passed. After I found that out I thought what could I say about Harry. These my random thoughts I never heard Harry ever complain about another person.Harry always had an easy smile. You could always pick him out in a crowd with that silver hair lol. He would help with anything you asked him too.He loved to fish.He loved to plant his posies as he called them, we call them flowers,His yard always looked well keeped with lots of flowers ah posies that is lol.He loved Carol very much.He loved his cars and built the Edsel from stock.Who else would have thought an Edsel could look that good.He always had a story to tell and yes we heard them a couple of times but that was ok too since he had so many to tell lol.Harry and Carol also where great supporters of Make-A-Wish.I will miss my friend but when I think of him I think of the great times we had together. It is hard not to be sad since we won't see his ready smile any more but I will think of him often and bet I chuckle about many things he did.........Mike Peterson
